A further round of Household Support Fund has been announced to cover the 12-month period from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
- The Household Support Fund 7 Phase 1 has now opened and will run for general applications from 4th August 2025 through to the 30th September 2025.
- Households in financial hardship can apply for a grant in the form of a voucher to help with food costs.
- To apply, contact customer services on 01476 406080 where you will be referred to the Welfare team to assess your needs. This will apply if you are in receipt of an income related or disability benefit.
- If you are not in receipt of an income related benefit,you will need to apply through Lincolnshire Community Foundation (LCF) website.
- This fund is not suitable for immediate emergency support as applications will take time to be processed (approximately 2 weeks). If immediate need is required a food bank voucher can be provided.
- Applications are strictly limited to one per household over the period of this phase of the scheme.
- Eligibility criteria-
- You must be a resident of South Kesteven District
- You are struggling to meet your basic needs of food , energy, and other essential bills.
- You must have experienced a situation that has resulted in a change of circumstances resulting in financial hardship.
- The Council is not sending out any texts or emails to residents to apply for the fund. If these are received, they should be treated as junk mail and should not be responded to.
