CHECK YOUR HOUSING ACCOUNT BALANCE

To check your balance, you will need to enter your 14-digit reference number and click check. This can be found by looking on your statement or your Allpay card underneath your name. We will not confirm your address on this screen for security purposes so please double check you have used the correct reference number. When checking your balance please be mindful that payments made over the weekend (Friday-Monday) may not show until the following Tuesday.

You will be able to see the balance for the account you have entered and your total indebtedness. This is a total balance for all your accounts such as garage accounts etc.

If possible, we would prefer that you make payments by Direct Debit as this is the most secure and quickest way of making payment. We offer 2 monthly dates 1st and the 15th and you can also pay weekly on a Friday. For more information about this contact the team on 01476 406080
