The National Planning Policy (NPPF) requires local planning authorities to identify and update a supply of specific deliverable sites sufficient to provide a minimum of five years' worth of housing against the housing requirement set out within their Local Plan.
Current Annual Position Statement 2023
South Kesteven submitted the Annual Position Statement to the Planning Inspectorate on 31st July 2023, along with supporting evidence. The Annual Position Statement sets out the 5 year housing land supply position statement as at 1 April 2023.
On 28th September 2023, the Council received notification from the Planning Inspectorate to confirm the 5 year housing supply for South Kesteven. The report received can be seen below:
