Public Spaces Protection Orders

Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPO) are applied to defined areas where issues have been identified that may have a negative impact on the local community's quality of life.

They offer a way of helping to tackle persistent anti-social behaviour that can damage communities.

People who fail to comply with a PSPO could face prosecution and fines up to £1,000 or be issued with a £100 fixed penalty notice.

NOTICE OF DISCHARGE OF A PUBLIC SPACES PROTECTION ORDER (PSPO)

South Kesteven District Council hereby gives Notice of Discharge of Public Spaces Protection Orders under Section 61(4) of the Anti-Social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, due to clerical error. Such Orders being the:

Dogs on Leads (the Spinney, Market Deeping Cemetery)

The aforementioned PSPO’s ceased to have effect on 22nd January 2024
