The purpose of this consultation is to provide an opportunity for stakeholders, licence holders and the public to comment on specific changes to the Hackney Carriage and Private Hire Licensing Policy.
These changes have been proposed to ensure the policy incorporates and reflects the findings of the Department for Transport’s Consultation response - issued in November 2023.
Before determining if updates to this policy should be approved, SKDC would like to find out what you think about them.
