(GRANTHAM – KITTY BRIGGS LANE, ROSEMARY CRESCENT & DENTON AVENUE)
(PROHIBITION OF WAITING & LOADING) AMENDMENT ORDER 2024
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincolnshire County Council propose to make an Order under their powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting and loading as set out in the Schedule below.
- Introduce No Loading Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4.30pm on Kitty Briggs Lane, Rosemary Crescent & Denton Avenue on the existing No Waiting at Any Time
- Introduce No Waiting at Any Time and No Loading Mon-Fri 8am-9.30am and 2.30pm-4.30pm on Kitty Briggs Lane abutting mandatory School Keep Clear
Exemptions are included which will permit the maintenance of the roads, and works in connection with the supply of gas, electricity, water, and telecommunications apparatus.
A copy of the proposed Order and a plan showing the lengths of road concerned with a Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at the address given below and the offices of South Kesteven District Council, during normal office hours.
