How much does a season ticket cost?
Quarterly charges: Monday-Friday £135 (Stamford £140) or Monday-Saturday £159 (Stamford £165).
Half- Yearly charges: Monday-Friday £258 (Stamford £265) or Monday-Saturday £309 (Stamford £315).
What car parks offer a season ticket option?

Stamford - Cattle Market and Wharf road
Your Grantham season ticket will be valid in Welham Street and Conduit Lane and your Stamford season ticket in Wharf Road and Cattle Market in Stamford. Unfortunately, you can't use it at any of our other car parks.
How do I purchase season ticket?
You will be required to set up an online account to include your personal details and delivery address.
Select the car park you want to park at, select the length of time and days you want the ticket for. Enter up to 4 vehicle registrations that your permit will be displayed in. Remember: you will only receive one permit. Photocopies of permits will not be accepted, and fines will be issued.
Once you have selected when you want to start your permit payment will be taken. It could take up to ten working days to arrive. We will send confirmation of your order via email.
Are there any discounts?
Purchase 4 season tickets and get an additional ticket free. If you wish to use this discount please email us at carparks@southkesteven.gov.uk with your name, address, details of all vehicles and selections of car parks and ticket option.
If I purchase a season ticket online will this be automatically renewed at the end of the period?
No, we are not currently contacting you to automatically renew. You can renew your season ticket online by signing into your account and following the season ticket application.
Are the Season Tickets refundable ?
We do not offer either whole or part refunds for any Season Tickets purchased.
How long will it take my season ticket to arrive?
We allow ten working days to get your Season Ticket to you following payment. You will receive confirmation that we have received your payment and application details. Please allow ten working days for delivery when making your order for a specific start date.
I've lost my ticket what do I do?
If you lose your ticket then don't worry, email carparks@southkesteven.gov.uk
If I have a season ticket, do I have to park somewhere specific in the car park?
When purchasing season ticket online you are not allocated a specific parking space. On arrival, you select any available parking space that is not marked for blue badge holders.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit cards with the exception of electron and American express.
How do I know my payment details are secure?
Our website uses industry-standard SSL encryption software. This protects your personal information, including credit or debit card details, and your name and address. You'll know you are in a secure area of the website when a padlock appears in your web browser display, along with "https" instead of the usual "http" address.
Are there any vehicle height restrictions in the car parks?
All our pay and display car parks have height restriction barriers in place If you think your vehicle might be a problem, please email us before you book on carparks@southkesteven.gov.uk
How do I know that my order has been placed?
Once you've finished the booking process, you'll receive a confirmation email.
