Shopfront Maintenance Grant

Grants of up to £5,000 are available to help with shopfront maintenance in Grantham, Stamford, Bourne and Market Deeping.

The design and appearance of shopfronts has a significant impact on the perception of the quality of a town centre, of the business itself, dwell time of visitors, and ultimately the economic performance of the town.

The SKDC Shopfront Maintenance Grant provides grants of up to £5,000 to support business owners within the town centres of Grantham, Stamford, Bourne and Market Deeping in undertaking maintenance or making improvements to their shopfronts in line with SKDC’s Shopfront Design Guidance.

The grant can fund up to 100% of the cost of eligible works up to the maximum value of £5,000.

Projects must be complete before 28th February 2026.

The funding has been made available through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund.

A total of £100,000 in funding is available for projects across South Kesteven, we anticipate that we will receive more applications than we are able to fund.

For the greatest chance of a successful application, please read the grant guidance before preparing and submitting your application.

Application forms should be returned by email to claire.saunders@southkesteven.gov.uk
Deadline: Friday 15th September 2025 (Midnight)
