South Kesteven District Council owns and manages over 6,200 properties for families, older people, single people and vulnerable people. Our homes are a mix of houses, bungalows, maisonettes and flats. We also manage a number of schemes which promote independence for older and vulnerable people.
Skyline Magazine
Our newsletter, Skyline, is sent to all tenants four times a year. The magazine contains articles from both staff and tenants, and is produced by an editorial panel which comprises of four staff and four tenants.
