We do not offer a pest control service but we do help to ensure residents can keep their homes and gardens free from rats and mice. We can provide general advice on pest control issues.

We can help identify pests which you may have found in your home.

If you have found an unidentified pest in your home, you can send a dead sample in a sealed container to:
