Fees and charges - Bourne Corn Exchange

There are a number of rooms available for private or company hire at the Bourne Corn Exchange, suitable for a variety of purposes.

The theatres and ballrooms are available for hire for theatrical productions, concerts, lectures, demonstrations, films and other performing arts events. Prices are as below. 
Theatre hire - Main Hall 
Dress rehearsals£96.50
Set up charge/technical support (max. 8 hours)£123.00
Performers Right Society charges may be applicable in addition to the above rates 
Hire conditions are available giving details of equipment and support offered - quotations provided on request. 
Casually let rooms 
Main Hall - hourly rate£37.50
Main Hall - Friday or Saturday whole evening 6pm-12pm£279.00
Main Hall - (all day) 9am to 12pm excluding kitchen£439.00
Kitchen hire (use of kitchen area excluding equip)*£67.00
Kitchen hire (full use of kitchen and equipment including crockery and cutlery etc)* £125.50
Room set up or clear down as per hourly rate or part thereof£37.50
Room set up or clear down after midnight per hour or part thereof£53.00

*access to kitchen up to 4 hours prior to event start time, additional earlier access will incur additional hourly rate of £10

Meeting rooms and function halls may be available for hire at each venue, prices from £10 per hour off peak. Additional meeting rooms may be available at the mian council offices in Grantham. Information available upon request.
