Planning for Climate Changeis a resource for local communities across South Kesteven, the East Midlands (and beyond) to use to enable them to make informed decisions and have meaningful input into planning consultations, especially in relation to local, regional and national renewable energy, low carbon and adaptation agendas.
With the new government and the Big Society agenda, communities are hopefully going to be given the chance to get actively involved in shaping their local areas so that they can develop sustainably, and plan for climate change ensuring that places, people and their prosperity are all taken into account equally.
