Proposals Map
Information relating to current Adopted Propsals Map can be found here.
The Council is required to include an adopted Proposals map in its Local Development Framework, which explains geographically the adopted policies and proposals of the Development Plan Documents.
The adopted Proposals Map reflects the most up to date spatial plan for the District and so is revised when new policies and proposals are adopted. Inset Maps have been prepared at a larger scale than the Proposals Map to show certain areas in more detail. The area that the Inset Maps covers is shown on the Proposals Map.
The adopted Proposals Map and individual Inset Maps are available to download below.
The Proposals Map has been updated following the adoption of the Core Strategy in July 2010. It replaces in full the South Kesteven Local Plan Proposals Map (1995).
Mineral Consultation Areas and Waste Management Sites shown on the Proposals Map are from the current adopted Lincolnshire Minerals Local Plan 1991 and Lincolnshire Waste Plan 2006 respectively.
The Council is also preparing other Development Plan Documents. As each Development Plan Document is adopted, the adopted Proposals Map will be updated to include the policies and proposals contained in that document.
