Customer Service Week 2010
Monday 4 October to Friday 8 October
So what did we do?
We had displays everyday of the week from all services of the council e.g. Environmental Health, Waste, Tenancy Services etc, who gave advice and freebies to customers.
We ran a Council Quiz for members of the public. The winner won tickets for a Christmas production donated to us by the Grantham Theatre.
