The District Council provides monitoring and response services for telephone alarms for elderly and vulnerable residents in the community.

(*) - The Mobile Warden Service is available for helpline customers for an additional charge of £2.69 per week + VAT. The additional charge includes a monthly home visit and assistance from the mobile wardens in case of emergency.
(**) - Only applied if your unit is rented from SKDC and you live outside of the District.
VAT - Value Added Tax (20%) is additional to all charges which are paid quarterly in advance. Please note that if you are chronically sick or disabled, you may be exempt from paying VAT.
