"I have worked for SKDC for over 26 years, starting as an apprentice mechanic at the tender age of 16. I have worked in a variety of posts including works supervisor, repairs inspector, estate management and on the stock transfer team before starting my current role in 2007. I have over 15 years experience of working with tenants and genuinely enjoy the challenge of helping tenants to help themselves."

"I have been the Resident Involvement Officer at SKDC since 2008, following five years at Broxtowe Borough Council near Nottingham. I am a tenant of South Kesteven and before becoming a resident involvement officer was a tenant representative, making me the 'poacher turned gamekeeper'! I was also a tenant member of the stock options consultation group and continue to be active in my local community. I see my role as encouraging tenants to help make us a better landlord."
