South Kesteven is one of the biggest districts in the UK with 131,000 residents living in one of four towns or widely-spread, sparsely populated rural communities.
Our challenge is to ensure that we serve the needs of all local people, wherever they live, and that we provide our customers with quality, value for money services.
To do this, we must first understand our customers, their needs and preferences.
We are looking at the ways in which you, as our customer, are able to contact and transact with us. We really need your feedback to help us determine how best to do this in the future, especially considering the challenges we may face in future years regarding funding for local government.
