This prominent town centre area has the potential to become a significant "gateway" site.
In order to unlock this potential the Growth Point team has commissioned consultants GVA to assist in the drafting of a development brief and feasibility study to look at the site more closely. Future uses are likely to include retail and leisure. The development briefs have been prepared and will eventually be adopted by the Council's Planning Framework as a Supplementary Planning Documents and will provide guidance and certainty to developers interested in investing in the site.
