Publications
One of the aims of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOI) is that public authorities should be clear and proactive about information which is available to the public. This Council is required to produce a publication scheme setting out:
We are currently working to populate the links above with all the publications we produce. This is a work in progress, and in the mean time, if you are unable to find the document you want above, you can find our key publications at the bottom of this page. Services specific documents can be found within service areas using the navigation on the left hand side of this page.
Each of the categories above will explain how the information can be made available. Much of the information will be available via this website. If you require a hard copy document you may be charged photocopying and postage costs. In some cases information is only available for inspection at the Council's main office. If it is necessary for us to photocopy printed material a charge will be made of 20p per A4 sheet or £1.00 per A3 sheet. Any other charges for information will be listed in the Fee and Charge pages.
If you are unable to find the information you require in the Publication Scheme you may make a request for that information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. The Council may not be obliged to provide information which is covered by an exemption under the FOI. For details of exemption applicable see the Council
Freedom of Information policy [165kb].
