Applying For Housing
There is a high demand for social housing and we need a way of deciding how to let social housing fairly. Our allocations policy sets out how we give priority for social housing in South Kesteven.
We introduced a new allocations policy in September 2013 which you can view in the documents below. Please also see our Housing Application Guide below for more information about the policy and how your application will be assessed.
To apply please download and complete the Housing application form and send it to the Council Offices. Alternatively you can ring our Customer Contact Centre on 01476 40 60 80 and request a form.
