Appeals and Reviews
Appeals about decisions or determinations that the Council have made are dealt with by the Council initially.
If you think that the Council has made an error either as to the facts or interpretation of the law you should contact revenues services so that the matter may be resolved.
Employing a Rating Surveyor
You may wish to contact a rating advisor. Members of the Royal Institution of Charted Surveyors (RICS) and the Institute of Revenues Rating and Valuation (IRRV) are regulated by rules of professional conduct designed to protect the public from misconduct.
