THE NEW COLLECTION YEAR WILL START ON APRIL 1.
PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM ON 01476 406080 IF YOU WOULD LIKE A BIN FOR THE LAST THREE MONTHS OF THIS COLLECTION YEAR.
£25 is the charge for an existing customer, for a single wheeled bin collection.
- £35 is the charge for new customers joining the scheme, for a new green wheeled bin along with collection.
- For each additional bin you will be charged £36 which includes £26 for the bin and £10 for the first year's collection
*Households can have an unlimited amount of bins.
The collection period will be from 1 April 2014 to 31 March 2015.
Once you have paid you will receive alternate weekly collections all year round apart from December, January and February when collections will be once a month, due to the lack of green waste at this time of the year.
On collection day:
Please place your green bin at the edge of your property nearest the roadside where it can be seen clearly by 7.30 a.m. on your collection day. (Find out the day of your green bin collection.)
Please make sure the lid is closed fully. Our lifting equipment can damage the bins if the lid isn't shut properly. Try not to overfill the bin - we might be unable to get everything out or it might become too heavy to lift. We run an assisted collection service for people with disabilities.
