Infrastructure Funding Statement

The Community Infrastructure Levy (Amendment) (England) (No.2) Regulations 2019 which came into force on 1 September 2019 require that all local planning authorities publish an Infrastructure Funding Statement annually. The Infrastructure Funding Statement provides a breakdown of Section 106 income and expenditure. It also sets out the types of infrastructure and projects we intend to support through Section 106 income over the next reporting period. 

The Infrastructure Funding Statement will be published annually by 31 December and provide a summary of financial and non-financial developer contributions relating to Section 106 agreements within the District.

Infrastructure Funding Statement (2021/2022)

As part of the developer contributions annual requirement, three separate CSV files have been completed in the required format. These CSV files are published under the Open Government License, they can be found below;
