NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A STOPPING UP ORDER

Proposal to stop up part of the public highway at Hollis Road, Grantham, Lincolnshire

NOTICE is hereby given that in accordance with section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 an application will be made to the Justices of the Peace of the Local Justice Area of Lincolnshire on Monday 7 December 2020 at 2.00pm at the Lincoln Magistrates' Court, The Court House, 358 High Street, Lincoln LN5 7QA for stopping up of the public highway comprising approximately 560 square metres of land forming part of Hollis Road, Grantham.  The land to be stopped up is shown on the Stopping up Drawing and edged red thereon. 

The Drawing can be view at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk or a copy can be supplied upon request from LegalServices@lincolnshire.gov.uk  or 01522 552573 (ref HP/PLA003.15). It can also be viewed  at South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, St Peter's Hill, Grantham, Lincolnshire NG31 6PZ and at www.southkesteven.gov.uk 

The Order sought is for stopping up the said area of land for the purposes of all traffic on the ground that it is unnecessary.
