Customer Service Week
The first full week of October in each year is National Customer Service Week. This year it ran from Monday 3 October to Friday 7 October. It's a great way to boost morale and teamwork within the customer services team and across the council and shows customers how dedicated we are to giving great customer service! It is also a great opportunity for staff working in the customer services team to raise their profile both internally and externally.
So what did we do?
There will be a number of stands in our Grantham office with staff on hand to offer advice on the wide range of services that SKDC offer.
Children's competition
There are three separate age groups:
Colouring competition for 5 year olds & under - Winner
Ruby Blakey - Grantham
Colouring competition for 6 to 9 year olds - Winner
Aleksandra Kecka - Grantham
Wordsearch competition for 10 to 14 year olds - Winner
Katie Squires - Bourne
They each won a family ticket to either the Guildhall Arts Centre, Grantham or Arts Centre, Stamford Pantomime.
