South Kesteven District Council will launch a new Saturday street market in the Deepings' Market Place on 20 April. The market will trade every Saturday from 8.30am to 3pm.

The market fulfils South Kesteven District Council's commitment to provide a street market in all four of the district's market towns as part of our work to attract visitors and grow the local economy.

Official launch

The Mayor of Market Deeping will perform the official opening of the new Deeping market at 10.30am on Saturday 20 April.

Alongside a range of stalls, there'll be plenty of entertainment for all the family, including live music from the Stamford Stompers jazz band, an Easter egg hunt for our younger visitors - led by our very own Easter bunny - and the Exotic Pet Refuge will be there too.

Goods traded will include:

Fruit and veg

Fresh bread products

Plants

Sweets

Collectable LP's

Collectable LP's

Fishing tackle

Cooked meats

Cheeses

Eggs

Fresh Fish

Hanging Baskets and planters

Jams and pickles

And more!

There will also be a charity stall run by the Deeping Youth Group with the promoted charity changing each week.
