The Council has added the following document to the Examination Library - 5 Year Housing Land Supply Assessment 2019-2024 (EX/SKDC/54)
The Council submitted the South Kesteven District Local Plan 2011-2036 to the Secretary of State on 15th January 2019 for independent examination, in line with the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012 (2) - Regulation 22. The documents include:

Inspector David Spencer (BA (Hons) DipTP MRTPI has been appointed by the Planning Inspectorate to conduct the examination into the South Kesteven Local Plan to determine whether it is sound. The timetable for the examination has been determined by the Inspector and can be viewed, along with further details of the examination, within the Examination Library under 'Inspector's & Programme Officer's Examination Documents.
The Council has appointed Kerry Trueman and Sue Ashton as Programme Officers for the Examination, to manage the administration of the examination on behalf of the appointed Inspector and act as the liaison between the Inspector and the Council.
