Welcome to SKDC's Customer Services homepage. Our aim is to constantly improve the quality, consistency and accessibility of services for our customers; we want, simply, to give our customers brilliant service.

We try to offer our customers a single point of contact for council services, and to give our customers choice about how, when and where they can reach us; in person through one of our 4 offices (Grantham, Bourne, Stamford and Market Deeping), via the telephone, web or email.  We also have customer access PC's at all offices.
