The question that will be asked at the Referendum is :
"Do you want South Kesteven District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Long Bennington to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?"
The referendum area is the Parish of Long Bennington as identified on the map included in the Information Statement below.

Voting at this referendum will take place on Thursday 29 June 2017 from 7am to 10pm at:
- Long Bennington Village Hall, Main Road, Long Bennington, NG23 5DJ

The deadline to register for this referendum was on Tuesday 13 June 2017.
Voters who are unable to vote at their polling station on polling day can apply to vote by proxy (appointing someone else to vote at the polling station for you).
The deadline for applying for a proxy vote is 5pm on Wednesday 21 June 2017.
The deadline for applying for a postal vote was 14 June 2017.

Postal and proxy vote applications cannot be submitted online and must signed and returned to the Electoral Registration Officer, South Kesteven District Council, Council Offices, St Peter's Hill, Grantham NG31 6PZ. Application must be received by the deadlines above to be effective for this referendum. Alternatively, signed scanned copies of the application forms can be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
If you are likely to be unable to vote in person on polling day, make sure you get your application to us as early as possible.
