Our target for website availability is 98.5%, measured over a calendar month. We use independent measuring tools to record the availability ('uptime') of the website.
The website is checked on an hourly basis from three different web servers in the UK. We will publish the performance of our web site.
We are committed to ensuring that the overall usage of the web site grows and we will also publish web usage statistics.
We believe that no one should be excluded from our site and we will use available standards such as AA compliance to WAI standards to ensure everyone can use our website.
